I had a last minute plumbing emergency happening at the same time this company was scheduled to come, so there was a team trenching under the house and fixing that issue, which meant the electrician couldn't complete one of the scheduled jobs (an exposed ground wire next to the trench). I offered him the option to still do the other jobs we had scheduled (a disconnect box and broken sensor light). Appointments and customer service are quick to respond These guys are number one! Devin and Rich Showed up on time had my EV charger installed professionally. Went out of their way to make this customer satisfied! Highly recommended.
Needed electrical work after a storm. Neighbor gave me these guys number, they showed up in the rain, had a used part,mine was special order, they replaced the main breaker,. They had me up and running in 10 minutes, said they would be back in a few days with the new part. They wouldn't take any money for what they did. Unbelievable service IN THE RAIN. Makes me believe in people.
