DO NOT use this company. Biggest waste of money outside of having something stolen from you. Not only do they not honor or stand behind their work, and they use data that is really old and inaccurate at best. They preformed an appraisal for me and very little if any of the data they used was accurate and they ignored comps in the same neighborhood. When called about it, they refused to update or amend their appraisal even with data that was blatantly missed by them. A simple Google search turns up 100% more accurate comps, c... read more
