If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management company is the textbook definition of unprofessional. Any interaction with their office is an exercise in patience—rudeness and condescension seem to be their standard tone. My husband and I take pride in being responsible, courteous tenants. There were several times we called to ask simple questions and were met with immediate hostility. The entire time we rented from them we had no inkling that they cared about us at all. This business does everything in it's power to take advantage of it's tenants. Rented a property for 12 months. Never a late payment. Took very good care of the rental and made sure the place was cleaner than when we moved in. Yet, they still kept more than half of the deposit on cleaning charges and exterior issues which was not our responsibility. Office staff are very rude and disrespectful, " But in their own Christian way". Never would recommend them to anyone for a property.

My roommate and I have been with E. City for about a year now, & we couldn't ask for a better management company. They always answer maintenance requests in a timely manner, they're so helpful, & always so sweet!
