Van number EA651525 for Electric City Corp. driving horribly on Hwy 56 at 2 pm on Monday cutting off traffic and tailgating. Nothing that important to put peoples lives in danger. I wouldn’t hire them ever with employees like that.
Worked with Electric City as we were paired with them when pursuing the EV Charge at Home program through Xcel Energy. Brice was quick to come out to our house to walkthrough and discuss our options for home chargers. I used electric city for a car charger installation a year ago. Brice gave me a fair price and got out fairly quickly. I was happy at first. It took two weeks though before I heard why I didn't get a second meter installed and it had to deal with the install being done incorrectly. Brice did offer to fix the problem and only charge for materials. I was okay with this as I understood that I'm on an electric company that isn't Xcel energy so mistakes happen. I would highly recommend Electric City. The project manager, Brice, was patient, knowledgeable and responsive. He came out right away to review my kiln relocation wiring project and provided me with a clear proposal. He was a great from beginning to end - and beyond. I appreciated that the proposal was not a quote, but a transparent, set price with a warranty.
