Tried all day to get my daughters nose pierced. Called 3 times to find out when the piercer would be in. Initially was told 1:30, then 4:30, then 6:30-7:00. Walked in the door at 7:00 only to find out he'd left 10 minutes before. Definitely will not be returning...
