We had a confirmed appointment set by and with Oscar for a child to ear piercing. We were early to the appointment. We were told that the piercer was running behind and to wait. And when it was our turn next he said he was not doing any more kids appointments. Oscar is very unprofessional! I would never recommend this studio as to the level of unprofessionalism that experienced today!
