A Husband and Wife run business, we had our 21' Snowy River Caravan in for a weight check, all legal (just) the Wifey and I need to loose some weight so we can stock some more food 😁 The owners Russell and Kylie are the most approachable people you will meet. Have booked our SRC-21 in for a 40,000km service. For any Caravan work I strongly recommend.
Great customer service Russel and his team did an amazing job with the lift on our van and a service , which found some issue’s in the hub that saved us some potential catastrophic failures. would recommend for anyone looking at getting the caravan serviced or any 12v installation.
Over the last ten years Russell, Rick and the team have done heaps of work and upgrades on my caravan and tow vehicle. From regular annual pre trip servicing, upgrading the van from AGM to Lithium Batteries, extra Anderson Plugs, extra Solar Panels, Second Battery in my Ute Canopy etc. Everything they do is done in a professional and friendly manner and everything works brilliantly. 11/10 team 👍
