This was my second time coming into Electric Boogaloo to get a tattoo done by Jesse, and let me tell you; he is a phenomenal tattoo artist. He is so kind, a great listener, a steady/gentle hand and his creativity is one of a kind. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and he helped shape it into a unique piece that fit me perfectly. This was my 2nd time to the shop & my daughters 1st, it was an amazing experience for sure! Our tattoos were very simple, but Devon did an awesome job! The shop all together is a great atmosphere, so friendly! Thanks for making it this awesome for me & my girl!!
