Initially great. The install of my car charging lines (2) looked fantastic and worked. The new sub panel and outlet in the garage looked great and worked just fine. Kind of expensive I thought, but if the work is good, you get what you pay for. Unless you don't. Fast forward two years or so and my car is telling me the outlet is hot. Have Electric Blue back out, they look at it with a thermal imager and decide to replace the plug. Great. $340. Took all of thirty min. I was a bit unhappy with that. Seemed kind of excessive. Scott has done all of the electrical work at our home for 10 or 15 years. He does a great job, whether installing a new electrical panel or a simple light fixture. He’s efficient, provides good advice on all things electrical, and maintains a clean job site.

My outdoor light posts weren't working so I called Elec Blue. I asked in advance what the trip charge and estimate was and I was quoted $115 for the trip charge and if any diagnostics were needed it would be $154 + materials if needed.. He was there literally 10 minutes, stuck a device in the fixtures and told me I needed new fixtures. He then charged me $269!!!
