I have a Pedigo Interceptor and purchasing it from Electric Bikes LA has been the best decision I ever made! Anytime I need them for my bike and my son's regular bike, they promptly and swiftly take care of the issue/concern. Andrea and Craig provide friendly and amazing service! I HIGHLY recommend!
These kind, helpful folks went way beyond what I would have called excellent customer service and helped me settle on the perfect electric bike. I'm embarrassed to say that I exposed them to a bit of my CRAZY that I try to mostly hide from folks...and they just rolled with me. Great tips for local riding and clear, helpful instructions on how to care of this fancy battery that now fuels my rides.

I stopped by because they see Brompton Bikes to purchase a help. The staff is friendly and helpful. Needless to say, I got a great helmet.
Bought a Brompton from Electric Bikes LA about two months back, after deliberating for a while. Andrea and Eric were so helpful throughout the process—no pressure, just a desire to educate and help be find the bike that fit my needs. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. But it doesn't end there--they've been superb at taking care of any little issues that arose post-purchase. My wife and I each have electric bikes we purchased from Electric bikes LA. In 2008. They are still going strong...many rides on the beach bike path. Because we want the exercise we typically pedal on the path maybe using a little throttle assist. Lots of hills in El Segundo where we live and we use the electric power extensively. Love Electric Bikes LA, great very friendly knowledgable staff, great bike selection in stock and many accessories. Thanks EBLA
