Needs a website
Purchased a scooter for my daughter in August 2016, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, when I arrived home which is over an hour from Kanis Operations I noticed missing parts I called and notified them about the missing parts they said they will mail the parts to me. After 8 days I called them again saying that I have not received them, it's now late October and after 4 phone calls and 2 emails I have not received a response or my missing parts.
