I’m not surprised to see most reviews have five stars here. Fast friendly courteous service and very knowledgeable staff from the top down. My bike is over two years old hasn’t needed any service I’ve had a few questions they were answered promptly. I’ve done another number of upgrades I’ve been happy with all of them. This is the place to go for your new E bike.

Spent nearly two hours with Logan at electric bike place in Grand Haven, MI. This young man answered all our questions and was able to bring the information to a level we understood. Encouraged us to ride different ones to see the difference. He never tried to over sell the product. Great salesman and informative, helped us understand the difference in e-bikes and pedal assist.. Visit this place if you are in the area. Friendly and accommodating and yes, we did but a pedal assist bike.
