Just received a notice in the mail that the company has filed for bankruptcy so if you’re hoping to get any money or bikes/parts they owe you, it’s not happening. If you’re a current customer then you should also be receiving the same notice 👎🏻

I hate posting negative reviews about companies - but this company truly deserves it. A negative review is the only recourse I have. I bought a bike for my wife from this company last year. It arrived many months late. There was abysmal communication. During her second time riding the bike, the bike kept locking up. She went over the handlebars and injured herself. She contacted customer service. Again, terrible communication and response. Eventually, they had us send back the rear wheel and motor. We haven't received any up... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is absolutely trash. I’ve been trying to get my battery replacement (under warranty) since August 21st. I was told to email a specific employee that I spoke to over the phone and didn’t hear back for over a week. When I called back I was told that employee no longer worked there and the company didn’t follow up with any of her open support emails. Horrible customer service. Lost the key for the saddle bag and trying to find out if we can order just a replacement key. I’ve sent emails and they never get acknowledged. I tried to call a couple of weeks ago and it now says they are TEMPORARILY CLOSED!!!! There isn’t even a phone number listed anymore.

Garbage company. Bought a $1600 e-bike 15 months ago. Battery no longer will charge and is under a 2 year warranty. Have tried calling everyday for 3 weeks - no answer. Sent multiple emails - no replies. Even drove to Costa Mesa location and no one there. Find another company to spend your money with.
