If you're in San Diego, this bike shop is the place for anything you need Ebike related. Matt and his team are truly amazing. From the way they work on bikes to their attention and attitude towards customers. I've had 3 situations already where I thought I was stuck with an unrepairable electric bike, refused service from most shops or just couldn't find a skilled enough person to fix the issues. All those bikes were saved, repaired and being ridden to this day thanks to Matt and his team.
This is where you want to buy your next e-bike. I went in thinking I wanted to buy the Urban Arrow (they are one of the few places around town to carry them), but after a conversation with Matt I had changed my mind and went for the Specialized Globe Haul LT.
