We rented 4 e-bikes and had a great time. The bikes were in excellent shape and well accessorized with locks, helmets, and storage bag. The guy there was very friendly and extremely helpful. He made sure the bikes fit each of us well and gave us good guidance. There’s parking very close by which was convenient. I accidentally left a cell phone holder on the bike after the rental, and he quickly notified me. Highly recommended!
I showed up with my broken E bike on a Saturday and Eric was so attentive and helpful and was able to fix it by early afternoon. He had the right parts, gave great advice, and did it all for a fair price. What a nice guy and what a great store. Thank you
Had a great experience here 5+! Shout out to Matt who was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I was given the opportunity to try the bike before renting to make sure I was comfortable with it. The bike itself was excellent for touring the city and made hills super easy. This will be my go to place whenever I come back to SD!
