I'm a little back and fourth on 5 stars or not. sometimes it seems like I have to call in 10 times in a day to get anyone to answer and that's pretty much my only really issue. other than that the bikes are great and well put together and carefully marked. the tune up or repairs costs are VERY reasonable. and parts acquisition is great. in person this place is fantastic. I just wish there was at least an answering machine to leave a message that someone would respond to
I purchased a MacFox x7 here last week. Two days later it threw an error code. The shop took it in and fixed it no questions asked. The owner even helped me load it into my car. Great service!
Bought a bike, never gave me a charger, came back to get the charger, didn’t have me in their “system”. Do not go here.
