update. it seems to just get worse every time I come in. and this last round will leave me only going to the Dublin location for now. I want to address that the new hire I spoke with is not the primary issue. however, hiring somebody new and not leaving them with some form of SOP to use to aquire information or a number of somebody to reach out to in order to answer customer questions is a pretty large red flag exposing customer care priority. also the state of the store was not great. I'm a little back and fourth on 5 stars or not. sometimes it seems like I have to call in 10 times in a day to get anyone to answer and that's pretty much my only really issue. other than that the bikes are great and well put together and carefully marked. the tune up or repairs costs are VERY reasonable. and parts acquisition is great. in person this place is fantastic. I just wish there was at least an answering machine to leave a message that someone would respond to

I purchased a MacFox x7 here last week. Two days later it threw an error code. The shop took it in and fixed it no questions asked. The owner even helped me load it into my car. Great service!
