I’ve taken my Velotric 3 times to EBC and they’ve fixed it up quick every time. Always friendly and helpful!

This is why brick and mortar shops are doomed ... Called to ask if they had a particular model in stock ... Guy (?) I spoke with could not be less welcoming... Basically asks me why I'm not just ordering on Amazon... I explained I was trying to patronize a local business... He says what's your number I'll check.... Ok... Progress... Hours go by.... I call back to "oh yeah what model were you looking for... Nope we don't have that ..." I ask what models they do have available... Like pulling teeth to get an answer of any kind... read more
I purchased an e-bike( qualisport dolphin folding bike) and Cindy was wonderful! I got to test ride it in the parking lot, she helped find a rack for it as the company was out of stock in its make, she installed it, and a new seat for me! I few days later, the bike had trouble with its gear shifting and repeatedly derailed.., I called and John said he could look at it and wouldn’t charge.. he fixed it in minutes and the e-bike is working great!
