If your black don’t go here!!! I was their first customer and I sat outside for 3 hours and they never even touched my bike. All I needed was my brakes tightened. I watched them help at least 5 white customers with their bike even though they stated they had 5 bikes to fix from the day before. I was upset so I caught a lyft ride home which was only a 10 minute ride and not even 5 minutes in my house they call me to say my bike was done. Fixed my bike, good service. Was told it would be $60, ended up being $225. There was more wrong than originally thought, but would have expected a call if it was going to be ~4x more expensive than quoted. Update w/response: When you called, you should have explained that it would be 4x what was originally stated. That would have been easy and set expectations properly. I had to tighten the brake when I got home and clean the rotor because it was squeaking.

This is what real customer service looks like: John - the most knowledgeable and hard working bike guy - taking almost a half hour on the phone with me describing the bike I was interested in and answering all my questions. Cindy, the manager, arranging to have my new Eunorau Flash moved from their other store back to Walnut Creek so I could pick it up there, even tho they'd just moved it to the other store.
