I'm glad Electric Avenue bike was so helpful! Electric Avenue really does seem like a gem when it comes to e-bike service and support. And yes, that Gazelle bike—with its smooth ride and upright comfort—is a smart future upgrade. The staff there are super knowledgeable, and I'm sure they'd be happy to answer any questions you have about e-bikes. Safe riding!

I had a totally bewildering experience. I brought in two bikes, flagged two issues (a Bigcat function issue and a missing charger lead on the Pedego), and asked that the part be ordered since I couldn’t use the bike without it. I had already called ahead requesting to book the bikes in, but was 'reassured' that there was no need - just call the day before - of course when I did i had to wait 5 days.... I recently took my e-bike to electric avenue for a repair, and I have to say, the experience was extremely disappointing. After a week, they informed me that the controller needed to be replaced, which cost an additional $150. I agreed, but after another week, I called to follow up only to find out they hadn’t even ordered the part. Communication was terrible, and there seemed to be no coordination among the staff. Horrible Just Horrible they suck didn’t even fix my bike I paid 500$ and it’s still broken do not go here

This shop ruined my bike after they said they knew how to fix it and then still charged me for everything and said I should sell it for parts. Please do not come here!!
