I initially had some concerns with the tinting on my Tesla. It turned out to be a manufacturing issue with Tesla, not with Electric Auto Film. I recently used Electric Auto Films for a PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tinting on my 2024 Tesla Model S, and I must express my disappointment with the outcomes. The window tint installation was subpar, leaving debris caught between the windshield and the tint film. Additionally, the application of the paint protection film was flawed—it failed to fully cover the mirrors, overlapped excessively on the wheel rims, and missed parts of the grooves. Electric Auto Film, owned by Al and Ken, did a fantastic job on my Tesla Model Y! They installed PPF, tinted the windows, and added ceramic coating. PPF and ceramic coating came with a 19 year warranty, and a lifetime warranty for the tinting. I'm super happy with how my Tesla looks now, and I know it's well-protected. Big thanks to Al, Ken, and the team for their awesome work! They've definitely earned my future business. Highly Recommend!
Had my new Model X wrapped in PPF at this place. The result turned out great. About 2 weeks later I had an issue with it under the driver side headlight. Their customers service is excellent. Al who’s the owner reached out to me directly and had me scheduled to come back to correct the issue right away. If you need anything reach out to Al directly and he will definitely take care of you. It’s so hard to find a company that will stand behind their work these days and these guys definitely did that.
They do an ok job with tucking the corners and edges. However their customer support afterwards is terrible. I had a small edge just under my headlights lifting and they outright refuse to replace it. Their solution was to just cut away the lifted film and said if I wanted the film replaced it would be an extra $700. Mind you this was only 2 weeks after the film was installed.
