DO NOT buy from here unless you are truly desperate. They have the worst customer service and they are a big RIP OFF! They make you pay all these ridiculous fees up front and once they get you into the car, they harrass you with repossession. They will place your car out for repo after the 7th day that it's late, and refuse to work with you. Doesn't matter if you typically pay on time or not. I hate that I ever decided to do business with them.
purchased my very 1st car from a buy here pay here in North Carolina doing business as Electra Auto Sales. Iam a single mother with 2 children ages 3 and 10 and they sold me the vehicle in the worse condition...bare tires, bad breaks, broken seatbelt and mold inside the car. I bought a car from here a few years back and it was a horrible experience. The car was in that great of running condition. Recently, I inquired about an SUV on their lot. I offered a good amount of downpayment at $8k. And asked what's the longest term of payments I could do. They first offered me $560 every two weeks for 24 months. After asking a longer payment term, they told me $400 every two week for 42 months. These people will sell you a car, then illegally repossess it. It doesn't matter if you have all your legal documents. And the police can't do anything because it's a civil matter. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR!!!PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!
My sister and I both brought vehicles from this dealership. Terrible experience, my car has been giving me problems since I brought it and my sister is not able to drive hers.
Worst Car experience ever. The overcharged late fees the car is a piece a crap made payment arragements with the company and they still repoed it the day I was suppose to pay. When you come in to make your payment you are bombarded with a smoke smell from cigars. I would not advise anyone in there right mind to spend a dime with this company.
I just bought a vehicle from this company and it is sitting in my parking lot not drivable at all...The only thing the owner would say is that you bought it as is...Worst experience of my life..I put all the money I had into getting a reliable drivable car and Im catching the bus right now...This company is unprofessional and does not care about anthing but getting your money...So this is a warning to those who dont want to throw their money away...DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
On the contrary, Electra Auto Sales is a very good car lot. They have helped me and many that I know a lot. They do whatever in their power to work with you and get you in a car that will suit your needs and make you happy. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. I purchased a supposibly great 97' honda accord and it overheated the first day i drove it. All 4 tires were dry rotted, and the only excuse they gave me is "the car is a repo, someone else had it." These people will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make a quick sale, they were supposed to be fixing my honda less than 2 months after i first got it, and now they're trying to add the charges to my monthly bill.
