Having signed a Contract with another company that they then reneged on, I spoke to Adam from Electech, explained my predicament and asked if he could have another look at his price and service my job. Adam obliged, and managed to come back with a proposal that fit within my budget. They were ready to start the following week, but I had an overseas trip planned. I engaged with Electech to install an inverter, battery and AC Charging unit at my property. The process was quiet seamless from start to finish. Adam was easy to deal with when quoting the job and incorporating amendments as needed. He would respond to emails promptly. The electricians where friendly and easy going. Absolutely fabulous service from Adam, the owner and Doug, the installer. I had a new battery installed to back up previously installed solar panels. The installation was seamless and a minor glitch was instantly attended to. You can ring them 24/7. Much appreciated and we can now enjoy the tremendous savings which will see the battery paid for in less than 3 years, judging on savings so far.
