well informed about process
Provider was caring and kind. Explained results from a CT scan so I could understand the medical terms. Was very reassuring.

Front desk is impossible to reach, they're not informed, trained well, courtesy doesn't exist, people mumble. That's it, thank you.
He is an excellent doctor.
The doctor made sure I had all the pertinent information prior to the procedure. After the procedure he came in to speak with me and reassure me that everything was fine. Later, that week he called to make sure that I was well and as soon as he had any results he called to make sure that I was aware of them and explain them if I needed any explanation.
