Dr Lastrapes listens and truly cares. She is very knowledgeable, and takes time to explain everything. I prayed for help with my 14 year old, and God sent us Dr Lastrapes.
We have had good care up until this past month. During this time I placed multiple calls leaving messages and emailed trying to get some information the Dr said she would get for me. I’ve yet to receive a response regarding that. Today my daughter was supposed to have an appointment and we never received a link for that appointment. Never received a phone call or message the appointment had been rescheduled or canceled. This is not the care I expect for my family.
