I had a very pleasant experience for my colonoscopy procedure on June 18 last month. Doctors and nurses were very caring and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed by the dedication of the Program Navigator Magda Griego who was very responsible and kind. She was very helpful starting from the minute I made my appointment. Thanks for her calls and letter with detailed preparation instructions including the need to hold off prescriptions and also reminding calls three days before the appointment date and time.

I had three X-rays taken for a screwdriver, 31 mm in length that my dentist dropped and I swallowed. First and second x rays showed it . Second X-ray urgent care brought up possible additional fee. I asked why because I can see it myself. This isn't a cancer screening and I've had no contact with Lambert at all. The third x ray was clear and discussed with gastroenterologist so I didn't want or need to have it read. This whole thing seems like a way to tack on 15 bucks per x ray. Very disgusted, the nurses on the med/ surg floor left a lot to be desired. They lied more than once. I witnessed a medication error and other concerning conduct during my daughter's admission. The actions of the staff were all around concerning to the degree that I actually encouraged my daughter to leave. Clearly they did not know what they were doing and when asked they became snotty and rude. I began going here since the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021; had multiple experience of malpractice. This doctor did not like to hear any of my concerns regarding my daughter bumps on her neck or her foot problems. I would bring it up and she would tell me it will go away as she gets older but not once, she ever assesses my daughter's neck or feet. Showed up this morning with one person in the waiting room .. haven’t had breakfast because it felt like I was on my dead bed .. 3 hours later I’m still waiting … why are people going to the ER for urgent care needs.. and why isn’t the hospital that is about to charge me an arm an a leg doing a better job .. 3 hour wait in what was an empty room now full in not worth the thousands they are about to charge me
