Ele-Com has performed a lot of work for our commercial property, including the installation of a backup electrical generator and fire alarm. Their in-house team does excellent work but what I find most valuable is their leadership team's ability to come up with solutions to problems that develop as a normal part of a construction project.
I didn't ask for them to work on my condo, and I work long hours and cannot be around to supervise. But they broke things here and won't refund me the cost of frozen food I've collected over several months from various stores. They expect me to find a thousand receipts and send it to them with physical evidence of spoiled food. Yea, I'm going to keep the spoiled food in my condo and let it stink overnight.
