Nice place for storage
I recently rented a storage unit, and have to say the experience has been amazing not just the initial rental though. There was a problem with my bill, due to a system error, and they were quick to look for a solution, they took care of the incurred late fees as they shouldn't have been there and did it all with a smile, excellent communication and top notch customer service. Just trying to move early at 6:30am and there is no way a gate can manually be operated!! I cannot reac anybody! This inconvenience of sending the movers back and me not finding a way to reach the manager other than office numbers is why I give it 1 star! I don't understand why the website says there is always a manager on site ! This is false advertising and I feel bad for my movers!!
I have used this storage facility off and on since 2023. I met the new manager this weekend and was very pleased with the whole experience!! Alesia is very professional and personable. The facility is well maintained and classy yet the prices and specials are great!! If you are looking for a storage facility you will love the staff here, the prices and the overall experience!
