In case of an emergency call Alesia. I had my movers and the storage place i was going to use didn’t have anyone to help. Went to Eldridge and Alesia had me ready and set up in 7 minutes. Thank you cause boy moving is stressful
Nice place for storage
I recently rented a storage unit, and have to say the experience has been amazing not just the initial rental though. There was a problem with my bill, due to a system error, and they were quick to look for a solution, they took care of the incurred late fees as they shouldn't have been there and did it all with a smile, excellent communication and top notch customer service. Just trying to move early at 6:30am and there is no way a gate can manually be operated!! I cannot reac anybody! This inconvenience of sending the movers back and me not finding a way to reach the manager other than office numbers is why I give it 1 star! I don't understand why the website says there is always a manager on site ! This is false advertising and I feel bad for my movers!!
