I paid for a storage unit for over 5 months I only used once. Honestly I forgot about I even rented it. Once my debit card got stolen that’s when I realized I was still being charged. I went into the location and told them I know longer needed the Unit. I asked if I could get a Mothers Day card I left in the Unit. I was told no by Alesia but before they disposed of the items she would let me know. Well I called and told my few items were thrown away! In case of an emergency call Alesia. I had my movers and the storage place i was going to use didn’t have anyone to help. Went to Eldridge and Alesia had me ready and set up in 7 minutes. Thank you cause boy moving is stressful
