Great family owned business that gave great customer service and quality work.
We needed a new roof because we had two leaks from the roof inside our home. Our neighbors used Eldridge Home Improvements and I was so impressed with the job they did for them. Upon finishing up the house across the street the supervisor came across the street and rang my door bell to ask if I was happy with their clean up. I told him I was and the best job ever. I had a great experience with Eldridge Roofing. From beginning to end, everyone was professional and friendly. I really appreciate the fact that they handled all communication with my insurance. Brandy, Will, Veronica, the crew, and everyone else I spoke with during this process were great and I would recommend Eldridge to anyone needing a new roof.
From the moment that Shannon conducted the inspection, I felt comfortable with the team all the way through the process of Jesse replacing the roof. Nice job, great team.
I’m happy with the roof, crew and office personnel were great, completed the job in 1 day. However… the Freon line was hit by a nail, Shannon explained that they are” NOT RESPONSIBLE” for the damage, although he did tell us before we signed on that the company would make good on any damage that might occur. Shannon said it’s the builders responsibility to have the Freon line at least 6 inches from the underside of the roof, which makes sense. But it shouldn’t be my responsibility to confirm that either.
