This is our first time working with Eldridge roofing and we couldn’t be happier. Josh, Bree, Veronica, Jesse were all great to work with. It was a long process to get insurance approval for the hail damage, and it was only possible thanks to their guidance and answering all our questions every step of the way. Will (rep for Eldridge Roofing) has been working with us for over half a year and we finally got our roof done! The issue we had was the insurance company kept giving us a hard time and rejecting our claim a couple of times, but Will gave us so much confidence when he said he was 99% sure he can help! 99% was good enough for us and so he helped guide us and fought for us until the end! I worked with Will and found him responsive and courteous. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, answer my questions, and follow through after the roofing was completed.
