Easy and convenient access at this medical center. The receptionist is a pleasure to deal with and waiting times are short. Never had any problems dealing with the doctors here.

Doctor Kavitha, extremely rude and unprofessional, she doesn't even say good morning to the patient, doesn't look us in the face, and throws the prescriptions on the table as if she were throwing them in the trash. To make matters worse, she is free in the room, and patients wait for hours at reception. Rude, with questions that don't interest her, instead of talking about what really matters. I don't know what University she attended, but she needs to go back to classes urgently, because it looks like she hasn't finished.

I agree with the other comments left regarding Dr Kavitha. She shouldn't be practising. She hides behind her big screen computer and asks you how I can help you. Then she says you shouldn't complain, referring to my dad. She didnt take the time to examine him, until my dad insisted. 'You should be lucky that people have it worse then you'. Asked her for a referral letter to the emergency department and throws it back at me. Now my dad has to stay over night under hospital care.
