Terry did his best working with us to sell my Moms house.
My experience with Terry Hetland as my Agent is like getting kicked in the teeth by someone who was supposed to be a trusted friend.I listed my Moms house after she passed away and he took advantage of me.I ended up loosing $ over 13,000 dollars by having to pay for assessment fees that may go up to $20,000 dollars .Which he never explained to me when I signed a offer through him.Also he took off $7600.00 and gave away .So I will be loosing up to $27,600.00 from someone whom I thought was a trusted friend.He took advantage o... read more
