Horrible company DO NOT RENT from them. Worst place ever please go rent from anyone else these people will just lie and take your money when the lease is up.
Terrible company Do Not rent from these people. They take your security deposit upon leaving, they never notify you of changes within the hoa. They don’t care about their clients. They treat them as a number instead of a human being. Worst rental company I ever rented from. They don’t even deserve one star.
Do not rent an apartment here. During the year and a half my husband lived here, there were constant issues with leaks, mold, and bugs that management never properly addressed. They did not seem to care that we were good tenants who paid our rent on time every month. They just wanted the cheapest option possible that would result in us having to call them yet again a month or so later. Pretty bad during a pandemic they raise our rent AGAIN AND RAISED IT 100...HOW IS THIS LEGAL OR HUMANE
They are nice to you in the beginning. Then, they rob your security deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Thieves! You won't get you security back. They tried to rob an extra month's rent from me because they couldn't add.
Worst rental company I’ve ever had to deal with! Stay Away! DeeAnn (the company owner) was the worst landlord my husband and I ever have encountered. My last review (which was a one star) got deleted as well as three other one star reviews. Ridiculous!
A new level of low...deny a rental because they failed to do a proper credit check and rental history check...discrimination at its worst!
