The technician who came out was wonderful carefully explained to everything. I love this company.
Brandon Eldred, owner of Eldred Air Conditioning, personally cost me $580. My Trane Mini Split, which Eldred installed, was damaged in an electrical storm. After weeks of waiting, Brandon came and put in a new circuit board which fixed the unit. He told me he would write up that the damage was caused by the electrical storm. I have an all house surge protection from FPL which I filed a claim against however Brandon broke his promise and would not complete the 1 page FPL claim form required for reimbursement.
