We had one of the WORST experiences imaginable with this AC company. When we were in the market for a new unit, they confidently sold us what they claimed was “the best on the market”. We trusted their recommendation and made a major investment, expecting it to last at least 6-10 years — as most reputable systems do, especially with the kind of warranty usually offered.
