as of this moment the previous owners are not filling in the pot holes in the parking lot as promised in the formal letter they left on everyone's doors 6 months ago. new management hasn't even come in for inspection as they stated they would in their note they left us on everyone's door. I cannot contact them because the number is no longer in service. The lawns are left uncut and the pool is black. The A/C leaks and my power socket is broken in the living room. I'm paying to much to live in this disaster.
