It's nasty when they write the words on the cake. that baseball cap lady uses her bare hand w/o gloves to wipe the tube filling. Come on. How hard to wear gloves or even use a napkin to clean the tip...guess I will have to scoop all the writing off the cake. If u really like their cake, maybe avoid asking them to write words on it.
