Terminated staff after telling HR issues they had with Dietary Director and other staff who were Disrespectful and Rude. Has Several years experience in dietary work and processes. From the moment they started older staff members were out to get them out of spite.
Everyone has been wonderful as my sister and I are navigating this Assisted Living situation! Everyone is very focused on making sure that our mother has a good experience with Elderwood!
One of the best facilities around for seniors who are in need of assistance and unable to safely live alone. Many employees across various departments have been employed here for 10, 20+ years. Several staff members over the years have had their own parents move in as residents. If that doesn't tell you something. Finding an assisted living facility where the employees truly have a passion for working with seniors is hard to come by in this day and age. One of the best locations for sure. 5/5
This is a fantastic place to be. I tried to make a reservation for myself in 15 years. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful
