My client signed a contract with ElderTree in Dec 2024 and I became her guardian in Feb 2025. I finally decided to terminate the contract in Aug 2025 with them due to the following: 1. Overcharge of their services – the “management” part (what the contact is for) is at $240-$360 rate, but very little on the invoice is for “management”. Thanks to Vivian Coda and her team, I was able to realize my longheld ambition to attend my 50th high school reunion despite my ongoing battle with ParkinsonsPlus.
I've found the staff and leadership of ElderTree Care to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to elder care issues. Five stars!
They have a wonderful, caring staff that knows how to navigate complex situations and personalities--and this gives our family a lot of comfort.
Have had excellent experiences with Elder Tree, both for my family and for others that I've recommended to seek help at Elder Tree. It's not a cheap type of service, but they can really help you manage your life (e.g. support services, advice) as you age.
