I called on Friday 9:00am for a transportation appointment, the lady said I will get a call back ( but no one call me back) so I call on again on Saturday, they said they can’t schedule appointment during the weekend! Very nice service, I have to pay by myself for my transportation on Monday at 8:00am which is they will “call” me back again

So i work with a Brace Company Eschen P& O LABS, called this company three times in total on 12/14/21. The Representatives that work here are very very very unprofessional. This was my first time calling this company and to be very honest, i will make it my best to never call this company again. The attitude on the phone is too uncalled for and completely unnecessary. Rep Murta ( however she spells her name) and Rep Hilda made it no better. The rudest representatives.

I have been calling Elder serve for a month trying to find out where I can use this coverage for a pair of glasses and I cannot get an answer from them. They have told me to look in the book when I them I no longer had the book. They could not help me everyone is working from home so I guess that means I cannot get any managed care services from them even though Medicaid is still paying for their services
