THIS AGENCY IS VERY INCONSIDERATE OF THE NEEDS OF CONSUMERS AND FAMILIES—CONTACT WITH THE AGENCY IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH SOMEONE EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY—ONLY THE GENERAL NUMBER IS GIVEN AND EVERYONE IS ALWAYS BUSY—THE APPEAL DEPT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT AS WELL—I WONDER HOW AGENCIES LIKE THIS PASS AUDITS—FAMILIES MUST CONTACT ADVOCACY GROUPS TO HELP PROTECT THEIR RIGHTS

Horrible, please avoid if you can. They’re trying to cut my mom’s home care hours, despite medical documentation supporting her need for the hours. Disorganized and staff is unprofessional.

My grandma was just trying to get the right supplies but elderserve kept forcing the wrong supplies to be delivered to them and refused to help update to the right supplies. A lot of people had warned me of not to choose this insurance, i shouldve listened since I now am just paying to self purchase these items for them myself

I am reviewing ElderServe LHCSA. Their google maps listings are confusing. They used to be a good agency. The HR department was responsive and helpful for consumers. Last year they laid off a ton of HR and Coordination staff. They are barely holding it together now. Coordination does not inform the family when an aide cannot come in and they send a substitute. HR is basically gone. There is no support.
