Ive never spent over $70,000 of my hard earned money and been told I am unbearable to deal with. Simply put, I did select this vendor because they were local. I did overlook some of the things neighbors had told me about their experience after they hired them (they were not glowing reviews). because to me I know that renovations are stressful and I hoped that if I had a problem they'd honor their commitment to a person spending money to support their company and make it right. Zero stars if I could.
Another painter was supposed to meet us after our house closing to give us an estimate, and cancelled the day of. With limited schedule to get painting done, I called Eldersburg Renovations and they immediately re-arranged things to squeeze in a visit and give us a quote. They were communicative throughout the process, and we were pleased with the paint job and ability to get it done ahead of schedule. We’ll definitely be reaching out to them for larger renovations!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Eldersburg Renovations. My husband and I hired them to handle the repairs to our house after a tree fell on it. They used subcontractors to repair the roof, gutters, and siding, and those repairs were excellent with no issues. However, Eldersburg Renovations used their own people to do the deck repairs, and it quickly became obvious that they did not have the expertise or attention to detail to do a high quality job.
