It was 7 years ago, rented a place in chippendale. Photos were taken and submitted to elders agency before moving in to show the condition of the apartment including worn out carpet and dirty oven. Tenant decided to change rental agency mid-way through contract. After ending rental contract with tenant 1 year later, new rental agency demanded cleaning fees for carpet when we move out.
