We had a microwave that didn't have a full installation kit. They called the company and had everyone shipped directly to us. They were quick and efficient. We would recommend Elders to anyone!

I used to have good experiences with Elders but for last 2 years (4 appliances) I have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences. They flooded my kitchen and basement, damaged a piece even more than when I bought it, a dryer that takes twice as long as it should to dry, and an ice maker that has never worked right. When I called, I really got no help. Your good old fashioned customer service, that you used to have, is gone and so am I. Word of mouth still can help or hurt......what message do you think I will spread

Just wanted to let you know how much my wife appreciate the help Jason gave her. We were there on Friday night looking for a new range. Jason waited on us. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. My wife returned today and purchased the new range. Jason went out of his way to make sure that she understood everything about the range, wrote up the sales order explaining everything. Very poor customer service. Built a new house and bought all of our appliances from them back in November. They delivered them the first week of April and 3 of the 6 appliances were damaged. I called right away and they said they would take care of the issues. They promised they would call me when the parts came in. It's now 3 months later and I never heard another word from them. They sell at low prices, but don't take responsibility for anything they damage or that has an issue, even if it's delivered that way.
