This agency is horrible. They're expensive and they do not do what they say they're going to do. They originally offered to find a fill-in caregiver on short notice cause the one they sent was leaving, but they didn't do it when we needed it. THEN, the caregiver was angry because she ended up not leaving when she was supposed to, and was ANGRY THAT WE GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO WATCH MY GRANDMA. THIS WAS AFTER SHE LEFT. Olivia was amazing. She was bright, caring, funny- both my parents loved her and we did too! It was such a relief that she was always there, we were really lucky to have found her. This was also so much more affordable than other companies, which was lucky because we used them for about 3 years. Well-run, professional and great to deal with.
