We took our mom after she spent 6 months at larger facility which was highly rated. I cannot begin to tell how much better her care was here than at the previous facility. There, mom's care was part of a process, while here it was personal. Veronica and her staff embraced our mom and cared for her with love and acceptance. Veronica went to bat for mom when needed to get hospice care to provide what was needed. My only regret is we did not get mom here sooner.
