"I understand your frustration - I see it is paid in full but I can't transfer you to anyone who could help you" This phrase was repeated over and over while I tried (in vain) to resolve their error. Elderlife Financial has helped keep my mom in her senior living community because they were concerned about our situation. I’m currently trying to get a bridge loan and with approximately 800,000 in equity in my moms home and was denied . Why ? I don’t know ! We are in the process of selling the home and need to get her into assisted living as where she currently is os a terrible place and I’m afraid she’ll die there . With the coronavirus in full swing I shouldn’t bring her home but I may have to . My husband and I are retired and mom gets a pension and it’s not enough ! I wasted 3 days in trying to get this loan. Total waste of my time

We would not have been able to get Mom placed into a safe, comfortable and affordable assisted living facility without the assistance of Elderlife Financial! I requested a 3 month loan but was told $10,000 was the smallest amount that I could take and the interest on that was $850.00 regardless of the amount I used The VA turned me down and I only used $2000.00 because my husband passed away 18 days after he entered the Senior Living Home. Just beware that using this option may not be your best alternative

I was able to get the funding I needed to get my father into the assisted living place he wanted. I couldn't thank Vicki, and Bridgette enough for all thier hard work. This was truly a blessing for they also got me into contact with the VA, and got my father a agent to help sell his home. This is truly a company that goes out of thier way to make you feel like your in great hands. Thank you .

DO not use this company although recommended was worst decision. Then when we paid it off in full......6 months later receive a call indicating 18 cents was not paid and then late fees added was due. WHAT kind of company does not write off 18 cents???????
