The previous post was obviously done by a former disgrunntled employee who lost their job. Honestly they have been open for many years so the care that is given is professional and compassionate. As employers they are very willing to work with you and your availability. All of the clients I have observed and cared for have been quite satisfied and more.
Would put 0 stars if possible. Administration doesn’t care about its clients… some aids don’t follow the care plan/sleep. They make promises they can’t deliver on. They put loopholes in the care plan to screw families over all the time. Supposed to have 24 hour care. But currently atm we got stuck with multiple 15 hour gaps that were expected to work after working 40 hours at our regular jobs. I guess this is a place you can get a job at and go to someone house and just sleep and don’t take care of the ppl you got hired for. There don't even to the care plan that is made for the person at all. Or there taking that don't belong to them just out the apartment. And this company covers all their aids mistakes when you call them out on them. It is all 100% true thanks for reading my post
