Would have given 5 stars if there weren’t so many “disconnects”. Eldercare has been providing the same PCA for my mom for approximately 8 months now. We consider her family, my mom loves her, I love her, she is indispensable. However life happens & there are times when the shes not available & I need backup. It’s always the same……Eldercare can’t find coverage. Furthermore Eldercare does not start looking for coverage until actual day coverage is needed. I could not say enough good things about this company. Staff is above par, very professional and caring from office to the sitters, [top-to-bottom]. My elderly father has needed help time and time again and this company has come through for us - even with short notice. The family has more often than not been given much needed breaks when caring for dad. I don't know how they do it and - with such consistency. Great job to Eldercare for the work you do and the care you give!
I Florence Newkirk really enjoy working for Eldercare and I'm also very pleased I the agency make sure we have the resources and training we need to take care of our clients at our best availability.
