Well We lived nex door as well to the Warwicks in middletown NJ and we saw such horrible conditions of mrs leslie Warwick under the care of ELDER CARE MGMT NOW BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE. They drugged the poor woman and it looked like a scene from The movie "Grey Gardens" her home was left unkept at most time u til we all complained the care giver was having her boyfriend living n staying w her with out the mgmt knowing. I had a great experience with Elder Life during a very stressful time. Their general customer service was excellent. I always felt very looked after and they were really trying to help and overall, I am glad I chose them. However, the reason they didn't get a full 5 stars is because anything to do with their financial office is really, really poor. I am very sad & disappointed to have to say this company is a disgrace & I do not recommend. Stay away. If an individual is searching for someone to assist in continued care for a loved one this is not the company for you. They will collect an outrageous fee to only give you info that you already know or have access to. Waste of time & money. Please save your money. You can research on your own for free.
