So, I called the number and talked to a very pleasant person. I explained what my elderly mother was looking for as far as what they said the firm took care of. The person I spoke to had a questionnaire and I answered all the questions. At the end she just stated that it didn't look like we would not fit their program. I said well you all are elder lawyers and advertise the services that my mother was looking for, I don't understand the issue. She then said she would talk to her manager and call back. Awesome website, great reviews, but for me, it was a bummer. I called, but no answer. Tried to submit a form, but no place for home phone. Third try by email with a brief message got me a return call. I described my issues, but the intake person said she needed to consult with other staff members and scheduled a call with a 3 hour window for 2 days later. I made myself available for all 3 hours, but the call never came....that was a week ago. My search continues.

Had them draw up our will a few years ago, smooth process. Just recently we had them draw up an irrevocable trust, again they made the process very easy and laid it out so we could understand it...no lawyer speak. Would recommend!
