Tom from service ...what an arrogant jerk. Took my new Tuscon because the Forward Accident Warning didn't work. They insisted it did drove it out ...still didn't work. Called Tom he acted as though he was God. Looked down and talked down to me like I'm an idiot well with this new system yes I don't know everying about it.. He was going to talk to the salesperson and have me come in ...why talk to a salesman....Fuck just fix it ...show me. I've always owned Ford...never...should I have changed
