We used Elder Home Care with my Father. They were very professional, dependable & thorough with assisting my family. I have to admit being his caregiver I was a bit nervous about getting outside assistance. My Father was very happy with the service & this made me feel so much better leaving him in someone else’s care. He actually stated if we needed to, we should use them again. He was pleased & would like to use the same CNA Charite. Can’t express how good that made feel hearing him say that.

This company let me down. I hired for private care for a facility. I happen to go to the facility and the caregiver was no where to be found. With still two hours left to her shift. I reached out to the company and they were unable to get a hold of her. I was left wondering if this is something she had been doing. Who's to say she worked every Shift completely.I canceled the remainder of the service I had requested. My father was in the hospital and released home as long as he had 24 hour care. It all happened very fast so I feel so fortunate to be put in touch with the Elder Care Team. Every person I came in contact with, from Christine to Elisa, was top notch. My father's two consistent care givers were Asmide (Mimi) and Maggi.
