Our service tech was very kind, respectful and friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but I would know him if I saw him. He gave us good information for future reference. The cost for maintenance was reasonable. We will continue to utilize Elder Heating and Air for any of our future needs. We highly recommend them. They are good people.

A few weekends ago when the snow was still around and temps were low… my heat decided to go out again for the 3rd time in 3 months and previous techs elsewhere talked down to me about not adjusting my temps even one degree so I decided to call the company who installed my heating and so glad I did! Dustin came out and assessed the situation and let me know what needed to be done and thankfully I had space heaters for a couple Days to get the part to be scheduled and installed!
