The apartment itself is nice and was renovated before I moved in, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the property representative, Kazzandra Zelaya, has been extremely disappointing. She rarely answers calls, does not respond to maintenance issues on time and overall provides no real support. After she took over, the cleanliness of the building noticeably declined, with cobwebs and dust appearing in common areas. The lady in apartment 47 constantly violates her lease by smoking cigarettes and reefer in her unit. She spends her time on social media screaming and shouting at all hours of the day harassing other tenants and threatening them with violence. She is a legitimate danger and has had the police called on her multiple times. Management needs to take action against her as this has had a negative impact on the quality of life of all residents in building 1. The frightening lady in apartment 47 has been harassing the units around her for many months now. She spends time on social media recording the parking lot and instigating visitors and tenants below her unit. She also posts videos to her social media account insinuating threatening acts to the units around her. Her handle on all social media: @amyseukeran. Rental rates have come down, and the apartment we visited was nicely renovated. Highly recommend. Great apartments in the area.
