The current management team Kazzandra and Darwin have done a great job improving this property. Common areas are cleaner, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication has been much better compared to before. Staff are courteous and professional, and it’s clear they are putting effort into keeping the building in good condition.
Since the new management staff started working at this property, the difference has been amazing. The building looks much better, more organized, and well cared for. They are always patient, professional, and quick to resolve any issues efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about the property and the residents.
Great community with amazing amenities and excellent upkeep. I especially appreciate how clean the common areas always are. The staff does an incredible job making this property feel welcoming and comfortable.
