Ayman Abouelsoud greeted my family and I as soon as we walked into the dealership. He was very pleasant and helpful with everything we needed. He understood and worked his magic to get us to stay within our budget and get a great vehicle. I would come back here to see him when we decide to purchase again. The dealership was clean and spacious. Sales team and finance were great too. I recommend Elder Ford of Tampa and specifically recommend Ayman to assist anyone.
I was very disappointed with my entire interaction with this dealer. While I understand the chip and supply chain issues it felt like a good old game of bait and switch. They have a car that is on the website with a VIN assigned and a stock number that has been photo shopped to look like it is on the dealer lot. When I contacted the dealer and specifically asked "is the car on the lot and available for sale today?" The response I was given was "yes, it's available, what time do you want to come in." Watch out for ripoffs in the service department. I went in for my routine oil change and tire rotation and before they even looked at my vehicle told me I needed a transmission flush,fluid change and rear differential fluid change. Fortunately I had read my owners manual and the manual states that those services are needed at 150,000 miles, my vehicle has 80,000. This would have to be the worst buying experience of my life. Very bad customers, KBB on site rep that actually works for the dealership when they offer you thousands less for your trade than even KBB suggests. They advertise used trucks as clean carfax with no accidents and when you look at the actual carfax vehicle had an accident. To finalize they add a bunch of mysterious dealer fees and accessory adds that was part of the vehicle sale price.
