Ayman Abouelsoud greeted my family and I as soon as we walked into the dealership. He was very pleasant and helpful with everything we needed. He understood and worked his magic to get us to stay within our budget and get a great vehicle. I would come back here to see him when we decide to purchase again. The dealership was clean and spacious. Sales team and finance were great too. I recommend Elder Ford of Tampa and specifically recommend Ayman to assist anyone.

Mi nombre es ****** ******. compre un auto en esta agencia por 18268.00 di 6000.00 de entrada y cuando revise los documentos debia al banco 26000.00. Cuando reclame la un ica obsion era cancelar 6011.00 de seguros que el financista Michael B. habia incluido en el financiamiento sin consultar con nosotros. Claro cuanto mayor es el prestamo mayor es la comision del financista. Despues de 3 meses me han reembolsado 4964.00 . I was very disappointed with my entire interaction with this dealer. While I understand the chip and supply chain issues it felt like a good old game of bait and switch. They have a car that is on the website with a VIN assigned and a stock number that has been photo shopped to look like it is on the dealer lot. When I contacted the dealer and specifically asked "is the car on the lot and available for sale today?" The response I was given was "yes, it's available, what time do you want to come in." I will not refer any potential customers to Elder Ford, they are not truthful, as a matter of fact they flat out lie. I purchased a used vehicle from them and was told at the time of purchase by 2 different Elder Ford employees that the vehicle only had 1 key but I could return within 1 year a another would be provided free of charge. That was 7 months ago and now that I have returned for an additional key I am told that it will be at my expense. I went in for my scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was checking in , the service advisor stated that I needed to have my transmission fluid changed and the transmission flushed. This was before they even looked at the vehicle. The fee was to be several hundreds of dollars and if I didn't have it done, the transmission would fail. Horrible management. the salespeople try to be honest but unfortunately the managers cheat you. on two occasions I tried to buy a truck in this place and on the two occasions after three days they called me to tell me that the terms changed. Either they want more money or cosigner. they don't know how to respect a business. Not to mention credit checks, they check you many times even without your consent which is illegal. If you are looking for a ford I recommend that you go somewhere else

Watch out for ripoffs in the service department. I went in for my routine oil change and tire rotation and before they even looked at my vehicle told me I needed a transmission flush,fluid change and rear differential fluid change. Fortunately I had read my owners manual and the manual states that those services are needed at 150,000 miles, my vehicle has 80,000. I would give it NO stars if I could. This place lied to me and had me sign paperwork and told me that a deal was approved. Turns out no bank approved nothing and they still lied and had me signing paperwork. The customer service is horrible and no one calls back when you want them too. This place should be either shut down or ALL the employees should be fired. That is not how you do service at a dealership. They also ran my credit so much that now I'm screwed and can't trade my truck no where.

Nice sales, nice sales manager- humorous. Nice vehicle purchased, like the extras that we purchased to include tinting and nitrogen in tires and safety checks. We get to finance and purchase the van with Robert and he tells us “oh, no problem, just write the check out and we will hold it until Tuesday so you can make sure that funds will be transferred. “ This is the weekend and Elder Ford doesn’t hold the check and we are billed from the bank for insufficient funds.
