My experience was great. I arrived not knowing whether or not they would have that I wanted, because I was looking for something very specific. After finding out they didnt, Herb and his crew worked on finding me my perfect vehicle for almost 12 hrs, reaching out to other locations. Finally they were able to locate it and have them send it over, I was able to drive away with my perfect vehicle the same day.. Thank you for all you do. Suburban Ford of Troy is the best!

Wasn't planning on getting anew vehicle, but when our salesman put together this deal, there was no way I could say no! Traded 150,000 mile vehicle with damage and was given full value of what I owed on it. F150 - 4 year lease ended up $40 cheaper than the payment I was making, plus got rid or Premium Gas requirement, plus Hybrid gets about 8 MPG more than what I was getting on my 2016 Yukon XL. I'm thinking I won the Lottery!
